According to reports, the leaks indicate that the Galaxy Z Fold 5 would have a design measuring just 13.4mm in thickness. It may weigh only 250 grams, which is lighter than the Galaxy Z Fold 4’s 263 grams. The Galaxy Z Fold 5 may debut as the lightest model in the series.

The upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 5 will have a lightweight design and could be the lightest Galaxy Z Fold smartphone released to date. According to reports, it weighs 250 grams, 13 grams less than the Galaxy Z Fold 4. The weight of the antecedent is 263 grams.
Compared to the Galaxy Z Fold 4’s 14.2mm thickness, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 is rumored to have a folded thickness of 13.4mm. According to speculations, Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 5 will feature a brand-new “droplet” hinge. The redesigned mechanism with an IPX8 construction can potentially reduce the thickness of the device. The prototype of the phone that is currently undergoing testing weighs 254 grams, according to reports.

Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 5 was rumored to include a dedicated S Pen compartment in the past. The company was unable to use it due to weight and size restrictions.
