Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 is soon expected to launch in the global market with a blast, and the company is expected to conduct the Galaxy Unpacked 2023 in August. There are numerous rumours about the handset have appeared on the web, revealing vital information about the Galaxy Z Flip 5, and the recent one suggests that the clamshell design phone will be powered by a special version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. Furthermore, it has been reported that the battery life of the handset will depend on the customized chipset.

A report from Sammobile has revealed that the battery life of the Galaxy Z Flip 5 will depend on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The smartphone is tipped to arrive with dual battery packs. South Korean certification body Safety Korea has unveiled a smartphone listing that reveals the presence of two batteries. With model numbers EB-BF946ABY and EB-BF947ABY, the batteries offer capacities of 971mAh and 2,620mAh, respectively. This suggests a combined battery capacity of 3,591mAh for the device.

The Galaxy Z Flip 4 was launched with 1,040mAh and 2,555mAh, which offers a total of 3,700mAh battery. Compared to the predecessor, it is quite evident that the upcoming device is going to lack in the numbers, but the report claims that the chipset is going to play a vital role in better battery optimization to deliver good results.

Ongoing leaks suggest that the Galaxy Z Flip 5 is going to arrive in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage options. The cover display is said to be significantly bigger than the predecessor, with better resolutions. However, it’s worth noting that the company has not pulled the wrap from the details of the phone, and it’s better to take this information with a pinch of salt.
