Ratan Tata owned Tata Unistore’s beauty retailer platform Tata Cliq Palette has launched its very first brick-and-mortar beauty store in Nexus Seawood Mall, at Navi Mumbai. The retailer has launched a beauty app that challenges the dominance of Nykaa and Isha Ambani led Reliance Retail’s Tira.

The Tata Cliq Palette’s store is designed by the world renowned Landor and Fitch group, featuring more than 1000 global and homegrown brands in makeup, haircare, skincare, accessories, fragrances, and more. The store also has an AR enabled makeup trail and skin analyzer mirrors for customers to try virtual makeup and procure a detailed analysis of their skin. At the ‘Beauty Playground’ panel, customers can interact with the Cliq Squad for guidance and education. Gopal Asthana, the chief executive officer of Tata Cliq, remarked that the beauty retailer wants to become India’s largest tech-enabled omni-channel beauty destination. The beauty app provides a personalized experience with AI enabled beauty technology.
