In a tweet, Sanjiv Kapoor mentioned that he started using Apple products in 1986 when all Dartmouth students were given Apple Macintosh computers. However, he switched from iTunes to Spotify in 2020, and now he is completely devoted to Windows and Android. He added a quote from Steve Jobs about “Thinking Differently” and shared an old picture of himself with a Macintosh computer.
I used my first Apple product in 1986, when all students at Dartmouth were issued Apple Macintoshes.
I used my last Apple product in 2020, when I switched from iTunes to Spotify.
Am now solidly a Windows and Android guy.

However, things got really interesting when Sanjiv Kapoor’s tweet coincided with the day when Apple inaugurated its first store in India. The store is situated inside the Jio World Drive Mall in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex, and CEO Tim Cook inaugurated it earlier today. After Kapoor’s tweet, people on Twitter had different responses, with some agreeing with him and others expressing a different perspective.
