Renowned tipster David Kowalski, known as @xleaks7, recently shared images of a metal dummy unit for the Pixel 8a on X (formerly Twitter) via Phandroid. Displaying both the front and rear sides of the phone, the aluminium dummy unit hints at a design closely resembling that of the Pixel 8. While it remains uncertain if the dummy model is based on leaked information, the images provide an early glimpse into the potential design similarities between the Pixel 8a and its counterpart, the Pixel 8.

The revealed image of the dummy unit showcases the alleged Pixel 8a featuring a display with noticeably thick bezels, appearing larger than those seen on the Pixel 8. Positioned at the center is a hole punch cutout to accommodate the selfie camera. Dimensions are speculated to be 153.44 x 72.74 x 8.94mm, aligning closely with its predecessor’s size.

While detailed camera specifications are yet to be disclosed, the Pixel 7a boasted a 64-megapixel primary camera and a 13-megapixel secondary ultra-wide camera.
