In exciting news for Indian consumers, Google has disclosed that pre-orders for the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro smartphones will commence on October 5th. Additionally, Google has released two teasers: the first one reveals the products slated for launch, while the second offers a sneak peek at the design of the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro.

On October 5th, Google will kick off pre-orders for the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro in India, coinciding with the global debut of these phones. Much like other Google products, the Pixel 8 series will be exclusively accessible through Flipkart. As for the pricing, it will be unveiled on the day of the official launch.

Google has provided a tantalizing glimpse of the Pixel 8 Pro in Porcelain through a 23-second teaser, a design that has already surfaced in prior leaks. Conversely, the Pixel 8 has largely remained a mystery until now, with Google offering the first comprehensive look at the device. In the teaser, the Pixel 8 is showcased in a delightful shade called ‘Rose,’ boasting a charming pink hue with a glossy matte finish.

The Pixel 8 bears a strong resemblance to the Pixel 8 Pro in its overall design; however, notable distinctions become evident when examining the camera module. The Pixel 8 will be equipped with a dual-camera setup, in contrast to the Pixel 8 Pro’s triple-camera arrangement. Additionally, the Pixel 8 will lack the temperature sensor exclusive to the Pixel 8 Pro, which is positioned adjacent to the camera sensors.
