Since November 2022, when ChatGPT was first made available to the general public, artificial intelligence has been running the show in the world of technology. Sam Altman’s name began to appear in headlines not long after it became common knowledge what OpenAI was. It turned out that ChatGPT was a groundbreaking generative artificial intelligence chatbot that could solve code, write articles, produces music, and do a variety of other things.

When looking for information on the internet, some users have even started to use ChatGPT rather than Google Search. In the end, both Google and Microsoft came up with their very own AI chatbots to compete with the growing popularity of AI. After ChatGPT’s popularity spread, there were also rumors that Google’s headquarters issued a ‘code red’ warning due to the crisis that had developed.

Google held a significant lead in the market for internet search engines for many years. However, currently, it faces significant competition from Bing, which is driven by AI, as well as ChatGPT. It should be emphasized that Microsoft and OpenAI have a collaboration that is worth many millions of dollars, and the two businesses are working together to improve their artificial intelligence technology.

The AI chatbot competition is currently being contested by Microsoft’s Bing, Google’s Bard, and OpenAI’s ChatGPT, which are the three most prominent competitors. However, Sundar Pichai, the CEO of Google, claims that being responsible for the development of artificial intelligence is more essential than winning this race to the finish.

Sundar Pichai argued in an essay that he produced for the Financial Times that artificial intelligence (AI) is now humanity’s most profound technology and that the growing technology will soon impact all of our lives. The report quotes Google’s Chief Executive Officer as saying that the firm is working to ensure that AI is created and deployed in a “responsible” manner so that it represents the company’s commitment to gaining the customers’ confidence.
