World’s richest billionaire Elon Musk has made a bet against its failing enterprise by rebranding it as X. Yesterday he tweeted that very soon the whole twitter brand will be refurbished bidding adieu to the blue bird. While Musk has changed his dp to the rebranded X logo, Twitter’s official profile is now X.
And soon we shall bid adieu to the twitter brand and, gradually, all the birds

Musk’s move has been criticized by marketing mavericks and the lay alike. However, one of his more constant buddies and former Twitter boss, Jack Dorsey seems to be more embracing of Elon’s ‘X’ crusade. Dorsey tweeted his over 6 million followers to keep calm and just x through. Whatever that means. It seemingly riled up the Twittarti even more. Rants, ramblings, and memes followed in response to Jack Dorsey’s seven worded tweet. Here’re a few:
One user writes off Dorsey as a loser. Another asks ‘how does it feel?’ Yet another suggested Jack to transform Blue Sky to Twitter. Few other rather ired twitterati urged him to delete his Twitter.

Twitter was founded by Jack Dorsey and others in 2006. It amassed over 100 million users within the next 6 years. Quite a feat for a social media company before the decade of smartphones. Last year, Elon Musk reluctantly bought the company for a whopping $44 billion. It marked a new era in the history of the app. Amid all the brouhaha, even as the app tried to bounce back, Mark Zuckerberg led Meta launched Threads on 5th July, amassing over 100 million subscriptions within 5 days! Amid all the competitions vying for Twitter’s market share, will Musk’s bet pay off with rebranding?
