Facebook is now officially enabling folks avoiding stalkers for ages since the advent of social networks. In its latest offering, the social media giant would allow users to create multiple profiles with a single ID.
Facebook users can now have different profiles for friends, families, and other interests. Each of the profiles will have its own unique contextual feed. Now you can have your thirst traps for close friends and mundane updates for the family at large. You can have a separate feed for your work colleagues.
Users can switch between multiple profiles with ease without having to go through the jhamela of logging individually for each profile. You might want to sync all your burner accounts into one.
However, multiple profiles don’t mean unlimited. For now, it has been capped at four additional profiles. Also, FYI, this feature is available only for ‘eligible adult accounts.’ Anyone with repeated policy violations won’t be able to create additional profiles.

Here’s How Multiple Personal Profiles Work
You can have individual usernames for four personal profiles. Additionally, you can change the names later. However, the name of your main profile cannot be changed. FB is strictly against identity representation, so the impersonator’s privileges will be revoked with possible bans. Curate and connect each profile based on the people or community you want to. You can add relevant users for each profile. Based on your interest, the feed will show you relevant content on each profile without spilling over. Switch between each profile without having to log in.
Some of the features, like dating, marketplaces, payments, etc., won’t be available on additional profiles. Messenger is also unavailable at the moment for additional profiles. However, the company has promised to expand Messenger for additional profiles in the future.
