Ashneer Grover’s diatribe continues as he shares another comparative document with Rajnish Kumar’s FIR and minutes of the board meeting. Ashneer dubbed the complaint fictitious. He accused Rajnish of suffering from bipolar disorder like Yo Yo Honey Singh and dubbed the former Yo Yo Rajnish Singh. Grover even suggested Rajnish get himself checked for the disorder.

FIR – ‘Figment of Imagination of Rajnish’ by ‘Yo Yo Rajnish Kumar’.

Aapne Bipolar disorder to suna hoga. Yo Yo Honey Singh Paaji has been vocal about it. Essentially is mein insaan Yo Yo karta hai – pehle kuchh hota hai aur baad mein kuchh aur ho jaata hai. Mental health issue…

Meanwhile, after his last man standing jibe at BharatPe and Sequoia, Ashneer Grover’s Twitter tirade continues. The former founder of the fintech giant slammed non-executive chairman Rajnish Kumar with a two-page report. Grover alleged that Rajnish destroyed $8 billion at SBI and then $3 billion at BharatPe and is now hiding behind the smokescreen of a lawsuit against the Doglapan author. The former shark further accused him of delivering nothing at the company and now creating a deflection to hide behind. Ashneer remarks that while building a big business from scratch is the hardest thing to do, carrying its legacy and sustaining it is still harder.

Building a big business from scratch is the hardest thing to do.

Inheriting a business and keeping it running at same level is still hard.

Delivering nothing and creating a deflection to hide behind is the easiest.

Well done Rajnish Kumar (well technically ‘nothing’ has…

In a two-page report, Ashneer took a jibe at Rajnish with a comparative analysis of their performance at BharatPe during their respective tenures.

Here’s part 1 of the report

Here’s part 2

In summary, Ashneer Grover accuses Rajnish Kumar of bleeding BharatPe financially with huge spends on PR machinery, litigation, and 10x auditing Grover also alleged how he had hired 15 CXOs during his tenure (2018–2020) and how during Rajnish’s current stint (2021–till) all of the 15 CXOs, CEO, and founders left.

Reactions poured in. One user admired Ashneer’s writing style.

Another wrote, ‘Just imagine what regular employees would be subjected to if Ashneer can face such politics.’

When Ashneer can face such politics and can be a target in a company which he founded. Just imagine what regular employees would be subjected to by their colleagues and seniors. Struggle is real. Power to you Ashneer bhai.

‘Maine fraud kia hai manjoor, but company ko achhe din bhi dikhaye’ (I admit defrauding, but I have also done good for the company), another user took a jibe at Ashneer’s report card.

He is saying maine fraud kiya manjoor hai lekin maine company ko achhe din bhi to dikhaye the tumne kya kiya hai ??

Having served SBI since 1980, Rajnish Kumar became its chairman in October 2017. After his exit in 2020, Rajnish Kumar joined BharatPe as the non-executive chairman in October 2021. He was recently appointed chairman of Mastercard. Meanwhile, Ashneer Grover exited BharatPe in 2021, soon after his Shark Tank India stint in season 1. He never returned for the show. After a brief hiatus, he launched Third Unicorn and its first project, CrickPe. Grover’s hot take on diverse issues has garnered him a cult fan following, notwithstanding the BharatPe row.
